The event may be attended free of charge by entities that propose some interesting popular science, educational or artistic shows related to the thematic scope of the Picnic provided they are approved and included into the programme by the Organiser.

The organisers ensure: publicity and advertisement of the Science Picnic; technical infrastructure in the form of: tent, tables, small tables, chairs, power connection, etc.

The condition to participate in the Picnic is completing and sending back to organizers “Declaration on participation” and “Application form”. Additional application time for foreign institutions is January 20th - February 3rd.”
